The husband of a hooker embroiled in claims she used a stunt double of disgraced golfer Tiger Woods to star in a fake sex tape has insisted to RadarOnline.com "we have the real guy".

While there is no proof, yet, that Tiger foolishly allowed himself to be filmed during intercourse, Devon James has unveiled a website, promising viewers a glimpse at 'Tiger Wood's former girl playing all the holes'. Devon, a call girl who has said Tiger was "nasty... dirty, bad, bad, bad" in the bedroom, said she sold a 62-minute tape to a DVD production company for $350,000, plus a cut of sales.

The Florida porn star also alleges Tiger is the father of her nine-year-old son. But her former manager, Gina Rodriguez, cast serious doubt on whether a tape even exists, revealing to RadarOnline.com how the couple had wanted to "find a Tiger look a like and make a tape", claiming they boasted "no one would know" of their scheme.

"I told them that I would have no part of a fake tape," Rodriguez told RadarOnline.com. In an exclusive interview, Nick James, Devon's husband who brokered the tape, reacted furiously to Rodriguez and insisted: "Look the tape exists - the whole world will shortly see that the Tiger Woods sex tape is real!" "F*** Gina Rodriguez - she does not know s***," he said.
"We have not spoken to her since August and she has never seen the tape and does not know anything about.

"We as porn producers so why would we hire a fake Tiger Woods when we have the real guy? "It is so ridiculous to suggest otherwise. "It was shot in the condo in Tampa, Florida, and when it is released people will be able to see it for themselves."

Rodriguez managed Devon until the pair split amid a barrage of personal insults; Devon called Rodriguez a "whore bag", "slut" and a "thief", prompting a restraining order to be filed in a Los Angeles court. "This is definitely a scam and I would advise anyone thinking of buying it to not send sending in your money for pre order, because the tape does not exist and if they have a tape, it's NOT Tiger," Rodriguez told RadarOnline.com.

Nick said he and Devon planned to file their own lawsuit against Rodriguez, claiming they're owed $10,000 for unpaid services.

The porn entrepeneurs are hoping that alleged sex tape of the shamed golf superstar will net them millions of dollars, once it's released. RadarOnline.com has not seen the tape and Nick and Devon, whose real name is Melinda Janette, have not provided any proof to verify its existence, despite repeated requests.

Forbes 400 Summit Hosts Jay-Z, Billionaire Warren Buffett

Rapper talks secrets to success with legendary investor in an interview published in the magazine's latest issue.

Jay-Z has chopped it up with plenty of mayjah bold-faced names, from Oprah to President Obama. But as a man recognized by Guinness World Records as one half of the world's most successful power couple and the boss of a major web of businesses, Jay knows that you're nobody in the finance game unless you have the "Sage of Omaha," billionaire investor Warren Buffett, on speed dial.

Always looking to up his game, Jay recently sat down with Buffett at the first Forbes 400 Summit for an hourlong videotaped interview that will run in the new issue of Forbes, which includes a list of the 400 wealthiest Americans. As it turns out, the 40-year-old rapper — who was predicted to make the 400 list by 2015 — and the 80-year-old investment legend had way more in common than the magazine's editors imagined.

While Jay listened intently to Buffett's stories about how he has been able to turn his common sense and calm demeanor into one of the world's biggest bankrolls, the rapper said that path is not so different from his own. Unlike Buffett, whose father began passing on his investment knowledge to Warren when he was 7 years old, Jigga said his experience came at a later point in life. Still, Jay said, he employed many of the same methods.

"My first album didn't come out until I was 26, so I had a bit more maturity," he said. "The album had all these emotions and complexities and layers that a typical hip-hop album didn't have if you were making it at 16, 17 years old. That isn't enough wealth of experience to share with the world. I had so much wealth to share with the world at that time, and I've never forgotten those things, like you say. You never forget those true things that you stick to, your basic things that make you successful."

For Jay, those things start with finding the "truth of the moment" and providing genuine emotion his audience can connect with. The MC also praised a sixth-grade teacher who took a shine to him and encouraged his love of words and went on to explain why he's had one of the most legendary careers in all of hip-hop.

"I think it goes back to a bit of what Warren was saying," Jay said. "It's the discipline not to get caught up in the moment. You know, music is like stocks, too. There's the hot thing of the moment. There's this hot, electro sound, or the hot Auto-Tune voice, or the hot whatever's new and exciting. People tend to make emotional decisions based on that. They don't stick with what they know, you know, this is who I am. This is what I do. They jump on this next hot thing. And it's not for you."

One of the most interesting tales involved Jay describing how he had to convince his old label, Def Jam, to allow him to buy his final record back from them after he accidentally lost the master tracks.

"What people don't know is the day before I flew from Hawaii, where I was doing some recording and put it on an iPod," he began to explain of his smash The Blueprint 3. "I had on jogging pants, and my iPod, with all the music I recorded, was missing. It was on the plane somewhere. I had to walk into [Universal Music Group Chairman] Doug's [Morris] office the next day and buy an album back that might leak the next day. Every day I would wake up and check all the Internet places and everywhere. I was like that for three months."

Even with the stress, he said it was worth buying the album and leaving to form his Roc Nation label because it gained him his freedom.

In addition to both men talking about how luck and timing played a big part in their success, Jay also said not having a big ego has served him well. "I don't have that ego where I have to be the only guy on the bill," he said of sharing stages with such fellow superstars as Eminem and U2.

"I'm cool with going out with other artists. I've been doing it my entire career. Before Eminem, before Bono, it was R. Kelly or 50 Cent or DMX. I just believe in giving people a better package so when they leave the concert hall, they want to come back again. A lot of people make that mistake when they're hot. They just sell off the name and sell off the moment. We're over-delivering on the experience."

Dolores Aveiro, 55, took her three-month-old grandson out for a stroll in Portugal yesterday, as his dad prepared for Sunday’s Real Madrid match against Deportivo.

The Portuguese forward celebrated Real Madrid’s 1-0 victory against Auxerre in France this week and will head to Madrid on the weekend for the Spanish League match.

Dolores was also minding the child as he was being carried from the Algarve to their family home in Lisbon, just ten days after Ronaldo made the surprise announcement that he had become father to a son.

He added that the mother would remain anonymous and revealed that he would raise the child on his own with the help from his family.

Eminem and Rihanna Perform At 2010 MTV VMAs

Eminem warmed up the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards with his opening performance of "Not Afraid". The Slim Shady started spitting his verses from the backstage, which was arranged to look like a small stage before he came out to get more spotlights.

Just after he finished the last line from the chart topper, Rihanna appeared on the other side of the stage and brought another single from Eminem, "Love the Way You Lie". The Barbadian singer, who donned a fairy-like dress, walked slowly to join the rapper on the center stage right when the song was about to end.



The performance was ended with a huge ovation from the audience. Shortly after completing the gig, Rihanna tweeted, "SURPRISE!!! ....just had to do it guys!" while Eminem left the building to perform with Jay-Z at Yankee Stadium in the Big Apple.

The 2010 MTV Video Music Awards is currently taking place at Los Angeles' Nokia Theater. Eminem has grabbed a kudo for Best Male Video. Rihanna also has a chance to take home the moonman for she is nominated in Best Editing for her clip of "Rude Boy".

Gates stays top of US rich list with $54bn fortune

Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates has been named as the wealthiest person in the US for the 17th year in a row.

Forbes magazine put his fortune at $54bn (£34.5bn), with investment guru Warren Buffet second with $45bn.

Software tycoon Larry Ellison was in third place, while Wal-Mart heir Christy Walton was fourth on Forbes' list of the 400 richest Americans.

It took a net worth of at least $1bn to earn a spot in the rankings - up from $950m in 2009.

The collective net worth of the 400 billionaires rose by 8% from 2009, totalling $1.37 trillion - approximately the same as the GDP of Spain or Canada.

Those gaining wealth in the list included Facebook co-founder Mark Zuckerberg, whose wealth grew by 245% to $6.4bn, the report said, putting him at 35 in the list.

His fellow co-founder Dustin Moskovitz is the youngest to make the top 400. The 26-year-old is eight days younger than Mr Zuckerberg and one of 16 new entrants to the list, which also includes another Facebook figure, Eduardo Saverin.

Another gainer was Manchester United owner Malcolm Glazer and family, while among those losing ground were the family behind confectionery giant Mars.

And there were 34 dropping off the list, including real estate mogul Tamir Sapir.

The 18 people returning to the list after a period of absence included Sidney Kimmel, at number 365, who made his fortune in the clothes business before producing films including The Kite Runner.

The report also found that among the 400 members of the list, 231 had donated to the Democratic Party between 2006 and 2010 - giving a total of $6.2bn. This compared with the 247 people who donated $7.3bn between them to the Republican Party.

David Beckham to Sue Celebrity Magazine Over 'Ridiculous' Sex Allegation

David Beckham has followed through with his threat to sue editors at a U.S. magazine for publishing a series of shocking claims about his sex life his attorneys have kicked off a massive international legal battle by filing a lawsuit in Los Angeles.

The soccer star was thrust into the spotlight this week after America's In Touch Weekly published a story from former prostitute Irma Nici, who alleged Beckham hired her services in 2007.

Beckham vehemently denied the allegations in a statement and threatened to sue over the "completely untrue and totally ridiculous" claims. His legal team has now taken aim at the publishing company behind the magazine, filing papers at Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday, September 24 accusing executives at Bauer Publishing of knowingly reporting false claims about his private life.

The lawsuit cites libel, slander and intentional infliction of emotional distress and also names 26-year-old Nici as a defendant.

Beckham's publicist Jeff Raymond has confirmed the soccer star is planning an international legal assault by filing more lawsuits in other jurisdictions including Germany, where Bauer's parent company is located, according to the Associated Press.
